Bankruptcy Paralegal

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat for document handling and management.
• Ensure efficient case management using relevant software.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and with excellent communication skills.
• Manage calendars effectively, ensuring all deadlines and schedules are met.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for data entry, communication, and document creation.
• Draft and file motions as part of the bankruptcy process.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary. • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document creation and editing
• Strong calendar management skills to effectively organize and schedule appointments
• Familiarity with Case Management Software to track and manage legal proceedings
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Experience in complaint handling to resolve client issues effectively
• Knowledge of Document Management systems for maintaining and organizing critical documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and record keeping
• Expertise in Microsoft Outlook for detail oriented email and calendar management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing legal documents
• Experience in drafting and filing Motions in bankruptcy cases
