Summary - Compounder/Forklift Operator
Operate a forklift in a safe manner, and read batch ticket/instructions to extract batches in vessels
Job Duties:
- Ability to operate forklifts
- Pour raw materials into vessels using scales
- Load raw materials to mix
- Track batches for Quality in ERP systems
- Read and Interpret batch sheets
- Track batches and print labels
- Packout materials in pails/drums/totes
- Close work orders
- Read batches in percs/drums/totes/portable tanks & stills
- Adjust and track batches based on dispositions from Quality
- Work in accordance with guidelines from FDA, GMP, HAACP, SQF. OSHA, USDA and internal requirements
- Maintains a neat workplace
- Excellent attendance and positivity
