Top candidates must have extensive experience in ALP policies and procedures, strong management skills, and address business from a creative and compassionate point of view.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Current NYS license and registration as an RN in good standing condition
• Minimum (2) years community nursing experience
• Knowledge of Adult Care facilitates and applicable regulations desired.
• Ability to lead, guide and motivate staff
• Outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, residents, and families from diverse backgrounds who may have physical, sensory and mental impairments

JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that the Agency/ALP operations and standards comply with all local, state and federal rules, regulations and statutes;
• Participate in the development of administrative policies and procedures
• Maintain responsibility for communicating with the CHHA regarding skilled services provided by CHHA staff or a change in a client’s condition that requires assessment by CHHA Staff;
• Recommend to the governing authority necessary changes in the policies, procedures and operations of the ALP such that practices remain within requirements and prevailing standards
• Familiar with UAS system
• Coordinate/ensure care is provided as per resident need

Salary Range $120,000.00-$135,000.00
