Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time

We are looking for a Full Time (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a position in the Home Health Care setting. The nurse will be making visits to the homes of patients with subacute med/surg diagnoses. We will consider Licensed Practical Nurses who have at least 1 year of experience with adult or geriatric medical/surgical patients such as in the SNF, rehabilitation, hospital, Home Health, or Hospice settings.The pay and benefits for this Licensed Practical Nurse position are very generous. HOME HEALTH CARE LPN JOB REQUIREMENTS: It is NOT required that the LPN have Home Health experience, however we will consider Licensed Practical Nurses who have at least 1 year of recent experience working with adult and geriatric medical / surgical patients in any of the following settings: Emergency Room, Emergency Department, Rehabilitation Center / skilled nursing facility SNF, home health care / visiting nurse setting, rehab hospital, correctional facility, hospital / medical center, Intensive Care Unit ICU, Medical Intensive Care Unit MICU, Surgical Intensive Care Unit SICU, Definitive Observation Unit DOU, Critical Care Unit CCU, float / pool nurse.
The licensed practical nurse must have been trained as a licensed practical nurse. The licensed practical nurse must have a current LPN license in the state. The licensed practical nurse must be willing and able to work Full Time hours. The LPN must either be a US Citizen or have your green card-- no exceptions.
