Responsibilities- Perform accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment posting, and collections.
- Ensure accurate data entry for customer payments and maintain detailed records.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances to the general ledger.
- Excel skills required, including proficiency with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Assist with month-end close and generate reports as needed.
