We are a Carlsbad General Contractor that focuses mainly on multifamily and single family homes, as well as the occasional commercial project. We are looking for a Multifamily Construction Project Manager to join our team.

• Project Reporting
• Meeting Minutes
• RFI Management and Processing
• Submittal Management and Processing
• Budget Development, Analysis & Reporting
• Constructability Analysis
• Technical Issue Resolution
• Project Closeout
• Risk Analysis and Mitigation
• Budget forecasting and tracking
• Material and Equipment Procurement
• Coordination of project mobilization, demobilization and equipment needs
• Relationship development and maintenance with Owner, Subcontractors, and A/E firms

• - Multifamily Construction Project Manager
• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience working on ground up commercial construction projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant degree preferred but not required
• Applicable Project Management Software experience preferred
• Developed thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project success
• Maintains good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with anyone from clients to subcontractors
• Must be a business-oriented person and act professionally when representing the employer at any level
