ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY & RESOURCES

Our client, a top AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified Junior to Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join their Environment, Energy, and Resources Practice Group in Washington, DC.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar admission in DC.
- 24 years of experience with the Clean Air Act (CAA) or other environmental regulations.
- Strong legal writing, advocacy, and client service skills.
- Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on complex environmental law matters, with a focus on Clean Air Act issues.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys in advising clients on regulatory compliance, policy developments, and litigation.
- Represent clients in administrative proceedings and enforcement actions related to environmental law.
This role offers competitive compensation, with a salary range from $235,000 to $310,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
