About Our Client

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse by handling inventory, managing materials, and operating warehouse machinery. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate large warehouse machinery to move materials and products.
• Load and unload automotive parts and materials, ensuring proper storage and organization within the warehouse.
• Handle and lift up to 35 lbs. of automotive parts or components regularly.
• Perform regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Prepare and organize materials for production and shipment in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Accurately document incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring all records are up to date.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and operational goals.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse safety and operation.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. consistently.
• Ability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with punctuality and reliability.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate large warehouse machinery (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:

• Regular lifting of items up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate warehouse machinery.
