Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid, 2-3 Days Onsite)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to drive CI/CD pipeline optimization, automation, and cloud infrastructure in a hybrid environment. This role involves architecting, developing, and maintaining deployment pipelines, monitoring solutions, and system automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and system monitoring tools.
• Manage AWS infrastructure, GitHub Actions, and package management (e.g., Chocolatey).
• Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and optimize deployments.
• Support validation, testing, and production rollouts.
• Mentor team members and drive best practices in DevOps and cloud management.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in GitHub, AWS administration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills and experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic).
• Knowledge of package managers, automation, and system performance optimization.
• Preferred: Experience with virtualization, containerization, and APM tools.
