We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Receptionist in our Coral Gables, Florida office. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, handling the flow of people through the business and ensuring that all receptionist duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a multi-line phone system, directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in entering information into our systems.
- Manage email correspondence, responding in a timely and detail oriented manner.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to complete administrative tasks and manage customer information.
- Organize files and maintain an efficient and accessible filing system.
- Schedule appointments, managing the company calendar and ensuring appointments are accurately recorded and attended.
- Perform a variety of receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining the reception area.
- Apply strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members, clients, and visitors.
- Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system is expected.
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
- Must possess strong data entry abilities.
- Capable of handling email correspondence efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is needed.
