Accounting Clerk - Miami

We are in need of an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Miami, Florida. The job function involves assisting the Accounts Payable (AP) department with fundamental AP tasks. The individual will be expected to manage a variety of responsibilities, including filing, scanning, and coding invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with basic Accounts Payable functions such as invoice processing.
• Efficiently handling filing and scanning duties.
• Utilizing accounting software for coding invoices accurately.
• Reconciliation of account information as required.
• Handling data entry tasks related to billing and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Using QuickBooks and Oracle for various accounting tasks.
• Ensuring all accounting tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all financial data.
• Interacting with customers as needed to resolve inquiries and issues. • Proficient in Account Reconciliation.
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Familiarity with Billing procedures.
• Strong skills in Data Entry.
• Capable of handling Invoice Processing tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in using Oracle for accounting tasks.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks software.
