Required Skills React experience 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET Core development. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and other related technologies. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture concepts.

Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and Bootstrap 5, and JavaScript. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency across the team.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and suggest new tools and techniques to improve our development process. Mentor junior developers and help foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
