You will be a key player in our team, handling a variety of tasks related to customer service, data entry, and overall customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle incoming calls, ensuring professionalism and courteous communication.
- Proactively research and resolve customer inquiries related to our products and services.
- Regularly update our RedCheck system with detailed comments regarding customer interactions.
- Promptly escalate complex issues to the Team Lead for further assistance.
- Assist customers with credit card transactions for violation payments.
- Regularly check work emails and stay updated with company communications.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and improve customer service.
- Accurately process and record customer data, maintaining the highest level of data integrity.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and order processing tasks.
- Schedule appointments as per customer requirements, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

- Ability to handle email correspondence professionally, responding to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and followed up on.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, input data, and perform basic computations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents effectively.
- Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing customer expectations and company resources efficiently.
