Super Soccer Stars, the premier youth educational soccer program throughout the country, is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Weekend Early Childhood Soccer Coach to join their dynamic team. As the Weekend Early Childhood Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for providing children aged 2-7 years the fundamentals of soccer using a fun, non-competitive and educational approach.
You will work with small groups of children to develop teamwork, improve gross motor skills and socialization skills. As part of the best-in-class curriculum, the company maintains a low child-to-coach ratio and uses positive reinforcement to ensure each child feels confident in their abilities.

Super Soccer Stars offers a comprehensive crib-to-college player pathway that includes a range of services such as classes, camps, private groups, afterschool enrichment, birthday parties, team training, and more.
Responsibilities- Prepare and execute fun and engaging soccer lessons for children aged 2-7 years.
- Set up the learning environment, ensuring the safety and security of participants.
- Interact with participants with enthusiasm, warmth, and encouragement.
- Encourage active participation and provide positive reinforcement during every class.
- Implement the company's best-in-class curriculum that is age-specific and developmentally appropriate for each child.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and respect among the children.
- Monitor and document the progress of each participant.
- Love for soccer and working with children.
- Prior experience in youth coaching or teaching early childhood education.
- Must be available for weekend classes; Saturday and Sunday shift is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and management.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with little supervision.
