Purpose and Scope:
This position is new to our performance-based advertising (PBA) function, and a critical part of our company’s future. We are looking for an experienced, data-driven, digital media guru who lives and breathes performance-based marketing. The right candidate will understand how to guide digital advertising agencies to create, execute, monitor, control, and maximize our digital media campaigns across all digital channels.
Responsibilities- Own relationships with digital advertising agencies
- Work with agencies to plan, present, execute and optimize all digital marketing, including, but not limited to; SEO/SEM, paid social media, display, branded content, emerging tech (voice, haptic, etc.)
- Measure and report performance of all digital media campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); adjust and execute changes to strategy based on results
- Plan, execute, and measure digital media experiments and conversion tests
- Operate all digital marketing campaigns on scope, budget, and schedule
- Identify emerging technologies and bring thought leadership to the team
