As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in patient care, assisting our healthcare providers and ensuring a positive, efficient experience for every patient.- This is a full-time role involving 12-hour weekday shifts and no weekends.
- The position primarily works with one provider, so we are looking for an adaptable team player who is willing to contribute wherever needed.
- Our clinic operates in a busy, fast-paced environment, and we seek a candidate who thrives under such conditions.

Selected Responsibilities:
- Escort patients to and from exam/treatment rooms
- Triage patients as necessary
- Administer vaccines and injections
- Record patient data prior to the physician’s visit
- Assist physicians with exams and a wide variety of procedures
- Administer medications
- Prepare and stock exam/treatment rooms and order supplies as needed
- Maintain proper disinfection protocols
- Complete prior authorizations for medications and diagnostic imaging
- Phone in prescriptions and distribute proper medications as ordered by the provider
Candidates should preferably have one of the following certifications: CMA, CCMA, RMA, or EMT, along with at least one year of Medical Assistant experience in a pediatric setting.
