As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in patient care, assisting our healthcare providers and ensuring a positive, efficient experience for every patient.
  • This is a full-time role involving 12-hour weekday shifts and no weekends.
  • The position primarily works with one provider, so we are looking for an adaptable team player who is willing to contribute wherever needed.
  • Our clinic operates in a busy, fast-paced environment, and we seek a candidate who thrives under such conditions.
  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package available on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Selected Responsibilities:

  • Escort patients to and from exam/treatment rooms
  • Triage patients as necessary
  • Administer vaccines and injections
  • Record patient data prior to the physician’s visit
  • Assist physicians with exams and a wide variety of procedures
  • Administer medications
  • Prepare and stock exam/treatment rooms and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain proper disinfection protocols
  • Complete prior authorizations for medications and diagnostic imaging
  • Phone in prescriptions and distribute proper medications as ordered by the provider

Candidates should preferably have one of the following certifications: CMA, CCMA, RMA, or EMT, along with at least one year of Medical Assistant experience in a pediatric setting.
