We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our B2B growth, focusing on trade associations and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to enhance DrBalcony’s market position and increase revenue streams.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals, showcasing the value and benefits of DrBalcony’s services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with operational capabilities and project execution.
- Set, track, and achieve sales targets and objectives aligned with the company’s overall vision.

Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in trade associations or market expansion roles.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills with a history of closing high-value deals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and persuasion skills to engage and influence senior-level executives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite for business development activities.
- Willingness to travel as required to explore and secure business opportunities.
