• Overseeing document control by organizing, storing, and maintaining company files.
• Scheduling and dispatching services
• Collaborating with the customer service team to manage customer complaints, orders, errors, account questions, and other queries.
• Utilizing customer feedback to improve service and foster positive relationships with customers.
