Responsibilities:
-The Customer Service position is to support the order-to-invoice process for business line customers.-The roles and responsibilities of this essential position ensure products are ordered on time for delivery while minimizing risk for the team, business line, and company.-Liaise between Sales, Technical delivery consultant, and production sites to collect all details required for order item creation-Communicate production requirements and shipping needs with local and Intercompany manufacturing sites-Support all invoicing activities and communication requirements for shipments: monthly, quarterly, and at year-end-Support Sales Ops by representing the CS team to provide requirements for production by customer-Interact daily with manufacturing sites as it relates to issuance needs-Ensure all corporate processes are implemented and followed for the Order to Invoice process-Represent the team on video calls for various topics/customers/products-Complete quarterly audits with accuracy and a 90% score-Document, report, and track for follow-up and corrective actions all issues reported by the customer-Attend training as required to support the Customer Service position-Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural company with various English accents spoken.-Comfortable managing daily responsibilities while working in a remote location away from the Customer Service Manager or team
