Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and driven Commercial Insurance Producers to join our team. The ideal

candidates will have a strong focus on client needs, possess self-discipline, and demonstrate a

proactive approach to problem-solving. Our producers are supported by Account Managers and

Account Executives, allowing them to concentrate on building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the commercial construction,
HVAC, and oil & gas sectors.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop customized insurance solutions.
  • Lead client discovery meetings, gather underwriting information, and facilitate risk
assessment site visits.
  • Present insurance recommendations, services, coverages, and pricing to clients.
  • Maintain and grow a book of business through excellent customer service and relationship
management.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure client satisfaction

and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the insurance industry, or outside
sales in service and supply sales to construction companies (banking, supplies,
equipment, etc.).
  • Strong competency in client-focused sales and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated self-discipline and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work with a team and contribute to a positive company culture.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ($65,000 - $150,000), based on experience.
  • Attractive commission structure.
