The Quality Control Manager will be in charge of ensuring clarity of expectations and achievement of departmental targets by providing leadership through performance planning, on-going feedback, supporting Associates in the performance of their duties, and recognition activities.

Qualified Candidates need to have at least 5 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment and at least two years of management experience.
