Overview:
Are you passionate about creating compelling stories and delivering engaging content that informs and inspires associates? In this role on the HR Communications team, you will help to develop and implement strategic communications initiatives in support of our human resources
function. In this role, you will be part of a broader Associate Communications team and work closely with key business partners. You will help drive positive awareness of Fidelity’s strategic initiatives amongst associates, while measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of communications programs across our team.
You will work closely with and collaborate across the HR Communications team to support HR leaders, program teams, and Corporate Affairs partners. While you will report into a Director of HR Communications, you will be part of an incredible team -- Enterprise HR Communications -- responsible for driving impactful internal and external communications programs for Fidelity’s firm-wide business goals.This team is part of Fidelity’s Corporate Affairs function, which includes Communications, Government Relations and Public Policy, Community Affairs and Social Impact, and Diversity & Inclusion.
What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:
- Developing end-to-end communications plans
- Analyzing and coordinating performance data across communication campaigns
- Collaborating with HR Communications teammates and across the firm to
- Developing and delivering communications for talent management practices that
- Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to identify opportunities to help
- Working closely with HR business partners and the leadership team to ensure
- Providing operational alignment support by collaborating with business partners
Solutions, Communications Channels team, etc.
- Raising awareness of Fidelity Forward, mission and standards and HR’s strategic
initiatives for associates.
Qualifications:
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree, voracious learner with a growth mindset
- 6-10+ years as a communications professional in corporate communications or agency with expertise in internal communications
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to establish relationships and work closely with business partners and senior leaders
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fluid environment
- Ability to create content and offer a fresh perspective on communications to engage associates and drive key messages
- Ability to collaborate with business partners and play a key role on internal working teams
- Understand the importance of protecting the Fidelity reputation, while at the same time constantly exploring new, creative, and engaging ways to communicate to associates
