Revenue Cycle, Billing and Collections Managers! Our client, a leading Medical Revenue Solutions company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to join their rapidly growing team to be located in either Queens, NY or Hackensack, NJ. The position will be 4 days in office and managing a team based on projects - ranging from 5 Medical Billing Specialists to at times 10+ based on the nature of the client and engagement.

salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities
  • At least 1 year experience in management/leadership
  • Creating and implementing policies that ensure the accuracy of patient billing information
  • Overseeing the staff of the revenue cycle department
  • Managing accounts
  • Communicating with insurance providers
  • Analyzing contracts
  • Tracking metrics, such as coding error rates, patient engagement and billing turnaround times
  • Implementing policy shifts to reduce errors and improve patient outcomes
  • Generating reports on revenue cycle performance
  • Identifying trends/ areas for improvement
  • Knowledge of financial principles, including accounts receivable management and cash flow analysis.
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
