- Supporting the estimating team to identify costs associated with normal work activities and unique conditions
- Taking lead in planning projects
- Providing guidance to ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled appropriately
- Managing administrative staff and support personnel for projects
- Responsible for purchasing, submittal and approvals, cost control, coordination, and subcontract management
