The ideal candidate will interact with financial advisors, trading desks, and sales teams, ensuring seamless trade execution, reconciliation, and operational risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trade Lifecycle Management: Support all aspects of the Fixed Income and Precious Metals order process, including order entry exception management, trade adjustments, and reconciliation.
- Operational Coverage: Handle trade capture, documentation, reconciliation, and settlement of securities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Client Interaction: Act as a liaison between financial advisors, trading desks, and sales teams, providing operational support and addressing inquiries.
- Risk Mitigation: Recognize, manage, and mitigate operational risks by ensuring that internal controls are robust and functioning effectively.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.

Responsibilities- The Fixed Income and Service team (FITSS) is responsible for providing direct operational and client service support across the full trade lifecycle of the Fixed Income and Precious Metal order process.
- This role entails heavy interaction with financial advisors, MSWM trading desks, and sales. The FITSS Associate would be responsible for the day-to-day support of the trade lifecycle, including order entry exception management, trade adjustments, reconciliation and Precious Metals Operations.
- The team provides operational coverage to the trading, underwriting and structuring of securities executed in Fixed Income. This includes the trade capture, reconciliation, documentation and settlement of proprietary and liquidity transactions executed by various trading desks.
- The essential focus of this team is to ensure all operational risks are recognized and managed and that internal controls are complete and operating effectively.
