Construction Laborer/Helper
This position is full time as long as continual work demands it. It is a 1099 employment position which has many benefits we can go over during interview.
The prerequisite requirements are: Work IDs (driver license and social security card) or U.S. work authorization, reliable transportation, and a few years of experience in the field of constructions, must be able communicate effectively in English.Our projects are throughout the Northern Virginia area, so reliable transportation is a must.
The required skills and responsibilities for this job would be someone who likes hand-on work, is diligent hard worker and detail oriented, teachable and love to learn and have logical sense.
The position’s duty includes: demolition, lifting and moving heavy weights, installations and building, using power tools, drywall finishing, painting, organizing and cleaning.
Start & end time: 9am-5pm
Pay: Starting pay is $12 per hour (depending on previous skills), with increase possible at completion of 3 month probationary period. Wage increases as apprentices advance in skills and knowledge. Please reply with your qualifications and availability.
