Responsibilities:

• Work on network tasks such as evaluating, optimizing, configuring, and installing various network systems.
• Maintain on-prem servers and cloud-based servers (AWS and Azure).
• Perform routine system monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain optimal server performance.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite, Veeam/VMWare, and Fortinet Suite, including firewalls.
• Utilize knowledge of Azure, AWS, and Cybersecurity tools like Proofpoint.
• Be involved in setting up an additional server backup facility.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts.
• Utilize Active Directory, Configuration Management, Deployments, FortiGate, Fortinet Firewalls, Veeam, Veeam Backup, Hyper-V, MS Office 365, familiarity with both Azure, AWS
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of Network Administrator, preferably within the Plastics Manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, including user and group management.
• Demonstrable skills in Configuration Management for maintaining system security and performance.
• Experience with Deployments, including software installation and upgrades.
• Knowledge of FortiGate and Fortinet Firewalls for network protection and security.
• Familiarity with Veeam and Veeam Backup for data protection and disaster recovery.
• Proficiency in Hyper-V for virtualization management.
• Strong skills in MS Office 365 for administrative tasks and collaboration.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure for cloud computing services.
• Knowledge of AWS Technologies for cloud services and solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
