Hazard Inventory Clerk

Beginning in early December.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and organize books by category, author, and genre according to the library's classification system.
• Label, barcode, and inventory books to ensure accurate cataloging.
• Assist with shelf maintenance and organization, ensuring books are easily accessible for library users.
• Verify inventory counts and identify any discrepancies in book records.
• Work collaboratively with the library team to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Provide general assistance as needed to support library operations during the project.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes of books (up to 25 lbs.)
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
