Payroll Coordinator
Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
*) Process HRI Bi-weekly Payroll and create manual checks as needed - assistance and backup for PBC payroll processing
*) Time bi-weekly close - provide coverage for Payroll Support Mailbox
*) Balance Bi-weekly and manual check process to YTD and QTD system totals
*) Supplies Accurate Period End, Quarterly and YTD data to HRI Albany for Tax Filings (knowledge of 941 filings)
*) Analyze JW530 data and make changes to PR36
*) Calculations and data entry for Retro, misc pay adjustments
*) Review the LP170 Time Accrual report and make adjustments as need
*) Receives, answers and inputs all garnishment and withholding orders
*) Receives and inputs Grant distribution changes
*) Data entry for Direct Deposit, Tax Withholding, Employee Purchase, Etc
Minimum Qualification:
*) Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or a related field and the equivalent of one (1) year of full time payroll processing or related experience; or Associate's degree in Business, Accounting or a related field and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time payroll processing experience; or High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time payroll processing or related experience.

*) Lawson (Infor) experience
