Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in the education industry in Garden City, New York. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and will be responsible for providing administrative support across the organization.

You will be handling the flow of people through the business and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk, handle incoming phone calls and coordinate all aspects of visitor interactions
  • Assist in the coordination of administrative tasks, including data entry and organizing files

  • Engage with children who visit our campus, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Use Microsoft suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word to perform various tasks
  • Leverage your interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and maintain customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
  • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate customer credit records • Demonstrated experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
  • Experience in providing Concierge Services
  • Strong Customer Service skills
