Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage employee engagement programs, including recognition initiatives, team-building activities, and surveys.
• Analyze employee feedback and engagement survey results to identify trends and areas for improvement; present findings and recommendations to HR leadership.
• Collaborate with department heads to champion initiatives that boost morale and create a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, HR communications, or a similar role. Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in creating and managing content across internal platforms (e.g., intranet, email campaigns, and management systems).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HR tools and systems; experience with employee engagement or survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) is a plus.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
