HR Engagement and Communications Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, HR communications, or a similar role. Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in creating and managing content across internal platforms (e.g., intranet, email campaigns, and management systems).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems; experience with employee engagement or survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) is a plus.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
