Position Overview: As a Financial Services Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from clients, addressing their inquiries, providing accurate information about our range of financial products and services, and assisting them in resolving any issues they may encounter.APPLY TODAY!
salary: $22.5 - $23 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 6:30 PM

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound calls from clients and provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Address client inquiries regarding financial products, account information, transactions, and policies.
- Educate clients on investment strategies, retirement planning, and other financial topics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a financial call center or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Work From Home on Mondays and Fridays, Tuesday thru Thursday in office.
