This individual ensures that technology investments align with organizational goals, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver value to stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute the organization’s IT and digital transformation strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
• Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential to enhance the company’s competitive advantage.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and other executives on technological innovations and trends.
• Planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems in support of business operations to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and business development.

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT operations and applications.
• Establish IT policies, standards, and procedures to guide the organization’s operations.Cybersecurity and Risk Management
• Develop and enforce a robust cybersecurity strategy to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Mitigate risks by implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing IT team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT department.
• Define and manage IT departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

• Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure service quality.
• Act as a liaison between IT and other departments, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 15+ years of experience with 10+ years in IT leadership roles and a proven track record of managing large-scale IT operations.
• Experience with digital transformation, cloud computing, and enterprise architecture is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the current and changing technology landscape.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
