We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated, service-oriented part-time Receptionist to join a client's team in Mendota Heights. In this contract to hire role, you will be instrumental in creating the first impression for all visitors and will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and direct guests to appropriate departments.
  2. Answer and manage incoming calls; direct calls to appropriate staff or take messages.
  3. Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
  4. Oversee and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  5. Assist with administrative tasks including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning as needed.
  6. Prepare conference rooms for meetings and manage calendar scheduling.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the front office.

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  5. At least 1-2 years of receptionist or related experience
