Summary - Painter - Industrial Parts

This role is responsible for preparing and painting manufactured components according to customer specifications. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Job Duties:

• Operate spray painting equipment to apply finish to parts
• Hang parts onto an overhead chain conveyor with hoist and/or manually
• Monitor performance to maintain quality, avoid defects, and conserve paint
• Examine materials to ensure conformance to established standards and identify defects
• Inform supervisor of defects and equipment issues immediately
• Clean and maintain the paint line, spray guns, hoses, etc.
• Complete assigned work within given timeframe and according to specifications
• Follow instructions as provided by supervisor
• Adhere to all company safety regulations, including those regarding machine operation
• Cooperate with other employees in the department to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area
• Other duties as assigned
