Customer Service Representative

Absolute Plumbing Company is seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
• Assist customers with product selection, ordering, and troubleshooting
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service
• Collaborate with other teams to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Proficiency with Service Titan Software
• High school diploma or equivalent
