Payroll Specialist

We are inviting applications for the role of Payroll Specialist in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. The chosen candidate will be tasked with handling payroll operations for multiple locations both domestic and international, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and being a point of contact for payroll-related queries.

This role will also involve working closely with the Human Resource Team and Finance & Accounting to resolve any payroll related issues.

Responsibilities

Administer bi-weekly payroll operations across multiple locations utilizing ADP WFN
Manage and process all expatriate payroll operations, specifically tax estimations
Examine payroll documentation for precision through audit reports and perform necessary adjustments
Generate and automate necessary payroll and management reports
Oversee the support and maintenance of the company's HR payroll systems
Process investor transactions in compliance with fund documentation, statutory regulations, and company policies
Manage the cash movements related to investor activity
Ensure that fund records are maintained in a complete and organized manner
Review and resolve issues identified daily by system monitoring tools
Provide support to other team members with daily activities
Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required
Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions
Skilled in Auditing
Understanding of Benefit Functions
Experience with Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Knowledge of International Payroll
