A technology company located in Marina del Rey is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Job duties will include data entry, sorting the mail, packaging swag bags for clients, ordering client lunches, and special administrative projects. Robert Half is looking for an Administrative Assistant with excellent written and verbal communication skills who feels comfortable working under little supervision.

A bachelor's degree and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are required. Hours for this position are 8am-5pm and parking is covered. This is a hybrid position; you will have the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week. The salary range is $50-$60k.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
  • Experience with data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong skill in email correspondence, ensuring clear and effective communication
  • Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
  • Basic office skills including filing, copying, faxing, and general organization
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and judgment to handle confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
