What You'll Do: As an AP/Accounts Payable Specialist Accountant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full-cycle AP/accounts payable process, from invoice processing to payment disbursement, with accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on handling weekly invoices.
• Handling invoices and vendor transactions promptly and efficiently, maintaining a keen eye on deadlines and priorities.
• Reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, finance, and vendors, to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
• Assisting with month-end close activities and providing support for financial reporting as needed.

Who You Are: We're looking for a dynamic and proactive AP Accountant who possesses the following qualifications:

• Some experience with AP, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related accounting roles
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to apply them effectively.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
