Overview:
Leviton is a leading organization dedicated to providing innovative solutions and services. We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuration management and data duplication prevention within the Dynamics 365 environment.
Responsibilities:
- Configuration Management:
- Design, implement, and manage configuration management processes for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ensure all configurations are documented, maintained, and aligned with best practices.
- Develop and enforce policies for configuration changes to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Data Duplication Prevention:
- Implement strategies and tools to prevent data duplication within Dynamics 365.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify and resolve duplication issues.
- Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures.
- System Administration:
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Dynamics 365.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Develop user guides and documentation to assist with system usage and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates.
- Propose and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of SQL and data management.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 IT Engineer or similar role.
- Experience with data duplication prevention techniques and tools.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
