Qualifications:

Security Site Supervisors oversee and manage site activity.Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.
Responsibilities:
- Working Site Supervisor on shift
- Interact with all guests (clients, residents and visitors) in a professional demeanor
- Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support
- Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract
- Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports
- Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy
- Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner
- Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
- Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.)
- Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner
- Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary

Qualifications:
- - Must be at least 21 years of age
- Security License (Required)
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving history (Required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years previous security supervision or leadership experience required
- Flexible/ on- call schedule availability
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attentive to detail
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
