Business Analyst

Additionally, you will act as a bridge between our business user groups and the technical systems groups. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

• Analyze and design business systems to meet the needs of assigned customer group
• Capture and document business requirements from clients and other system groups
• Implement the captured business requirements and oversee their execution
• Conduct systems testing to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Act as a liaison between business user groups and technical systems groups
• Review account documentation to identify transaction requirements
• Authenticate signatures against Authorized Signatory Lists
• Manage exceptions and create related reports
• Communicate effectively with Front and Middle Offices as well as External Counterparties
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving processes
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records
• Efficiently process customer credit applications. • Proficiency in Documentation and Reporting, with an emphasis on Cash Activity review and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in Design and Implementation of business strategies.
• Ability to act as a Liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution of tasks.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents.
• Proven experience in Capture, a tool used for process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with AB Testing and its use in improving business operations.
• Previous experience managing Quality Assurance (QA) processes.
• Solid understanding of various Business Systems and their applications.
• Ability to initiate and drive Process Improvement Initiatives, aiming for operational efficiency.
• Skilled in executing tasks and projects in a fast-paced business environment.
