Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.- Lays out project work and ensures that materials, tools, equipment, etc. are scheduled in a timely manner to meet scope, budget and project construction schedules
- Accountable for the on-site supervision of assigned construction projects, trade contractors, and field personnel, in such a way as to ensure scheduled completion of projects within established budget, time frame, quality and performance standards, and customer/client satisfaction
- Responsible for safe installations, alterations, additions, and/or repairs of mechanical systems, and associated materials and equipment within the commercial industry
- Able to understand and utilize architectural or MEP drawings in the field
- Assists Director with recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities
- Assist the sales group with estimating and proposal scope
- Supports the sales group with site visits
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients, vendors and colleagues; works to establish a positive working relationship
- Provides timely and completed documentation of work performed
- Drives company vehicle throughout service area while following all local laws
- Operates vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environment
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 15+ years experience in the commercial industry; 5 of which must be in a supervisory role
- Journeyman or Master HVAC License.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience with Data Centers
- OSHA 10/30 preferred

Compu Dynamics Pay Range$50—$55 USD
