We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst to join our team, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In the technology industry, this role will involve providing technical support and assistance to our clients. • Provide assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Proficient in Android Development and able to assist in troubleshooting Android devices.
• Utilize Cisco and Citrix Technologies to resolve technical issues.
• Manage and monitor customer accounts, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Apple devices and Mac computers to provide comprehensive support.
• Use Microsoft and Active Directory in managing user accounts and providing network access.
• Handle computer hardware issues, including troubleshooting and repairing.
• Oversee Configuration Management to ensure system security and efficiency.
• Manage deployments, including software installation and updates. • Proficiency in Android Development is required.
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is necessary.
• Experience with Citrix Technologies is expected.
• Strong knowledge of Mac Computers is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and applications is a must.
• Experience with Active Directory is needed.
• Ability to handle and troubleshoot Apple Devices is required.
• Understanding of Computer Hardware is necessary.
• Knowledge in Configuration Management is expected.
