Network Implementation Manager
Work with Network Planning & NetCost, Equipment Engineering and OPS to optimize the network, project manage grooms, outline requirements for more complex projects and expand Sinch footprint.
The Network Implementation Manager will be assigned Network Provisioners and will be responsible for training and making sure their team understands their responsibilities related to the GTS Project. The Network Implementation manager will be responsible for making sure their Provisioners has the training needed to understand and enter all orders (GTS, Network, Grooms, Facility or any other special projects orders).
Requirements
Provide overall project management oversight for implementation & provisioning activities in assigned region(s)
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) including understand, apply specific regional rules and requirements for vendors, LECs, IXCs under regional area(s) of responsibility
Oversee the timely completion of all network order processing to fulfill key forecasts and meet target due dates.
Oversee their Provisioning team timely completion of all orders, including managing your team work queue to ensure critical dates are met.
Responsible for reviewing the jeop report and providing assistance or training to your Network Provisioner if needed.
Responsible for sending and receiving ASRs or spreadsheets to establish, augment, groom and disconnect customer trunk groups and facilities
Responsible for ILEC provisioning of OC-x, GigE, DS3, DS1 & DS0 circuits
Provide detailed and accurate ordering and design information with overall coordination and problem resolution to successful test and turn-up of all circuits in a timely manner
Work closely with Network Provisioners, Sales, Network Planning & Cost, Project Management, Switch Translations, and Operations, Equipment & Switch Engineering along ILEC, CLEC, Carriers Access Providers, and MMR providers as required
Work with Planning, NetCost, EQENG for transport facilities, equipment and switch port utilization to determine when capacity is under or over utilized on any network element and works with appropriate personnel to resolve internal and or external capacity issues
Resolves any obstacles quickly and effectively with appropriate internal and or external personnel as required for issues that arise at times during the provisioning and or test and turn up process of circuits; entering all required and accurate information in automated ordering, circuit design and inventory system
Determines CAP to be used for on-net customer DS3 orders from provider standard pricing. To identify, order and design using lowest cost or diverse route when required and synchronizing order dates for the turn up with ILEC and vendor for all level of circuits
Work with Network Planning & Cost to optimize network and for facility pricing, project manages grooms and or network reconfigurations
Strong communication, documentation and data integrity required for all circuit design and order information

The annual starting salary for this position is between $60,000 - 70,000 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
