HVAC Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in and around Greensboro, NC. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Troubleshoot, Calibrate, Repair, Maintain, and Operate the DDC BAS Digital Control Building Automation System, Pneumatic, and Electropneumatic Systems
- Working on Central HVAC Equipment including Pumps, Chillers, Condensers, Air-Handling Units, and Miscellaneous Control Elements
- Diagnose and Troubleshoot Problems with HVAC Equipment and DDC BAS Systems
- Recommend Repairs, Identify Equipment and/or System Repair, and/or Replacement Needs
- Repair or Repair Defective Equipment, Components, or Wiring on HVAC Equipment
- Carry out Preventative Maintenance Tasks and Inspections on HVAC Equipment
- Coordinate with Foreman and/or other Trades for the Purpose of Completing Projects and Work Orders Efficiently
- Fabricate Equipment Parts
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience with Controls
- Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Ability to Understand Information Conveyed from Technicians Staff or anything Displayed on a Computer Screen through CMMS
- Knowledge of Building Automation System Software Supporting HVAC, Steam, and Power Distribution
- Basic Hand Tools for the Trade
- Must Pass a Drug Screen and Background Check
