Help Desk Analyst II

We are looking to hire a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Woodbridge, New Jersey. The individual will be responsible for providing technical assistance and maintaining computer hardware and software. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to staff on computer hardware and software issues
- Monitor and maintain software libraries and service logs
- Carry out repairs and upgrades to hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install new computer hardware and software
- Integrate new hardware and software into existing networks
- Maintain existing LANs and WAN
- Maintain Email and Internet connections
- Carry out repairs of nonpublic hardware at remote locations
- Organize and monitor inventory of hardware, spare parts, software, and supporting documentation. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Android Development
- Skilled in using Cisco Technologies
- Knowledgeable in Citrix Technologies
- Familiar with Mac Computers
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Active Directory management
- Ability to troubleshoot issues on Apple Devices
- Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
- Experience in Configuration Management
- Expertise in software and hardware Deployments
- Skilled with Chromebook devices
- Proficient in using Google Apps and Google Docs
- Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality customer service
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends and updates
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
