Senior Merchandise Data Analyst

• The Merchandise Operations (MerchOps) Business Intelligence team is committed to supporting the objectives of the Merchandising organization through effective data and analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Store Operations) to ensure holistic solutions are delivered effectively.
• Work closely with IT teams to understand merchandising and BI applications, acting as a liaison between business requirements and technology solutions.
• As a Senior Merchandise Data Analyst, leverage your data expertise to gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy solutions that enhance visibility and optimize Merchandising processes.
• Key focus areas include Inventory Management, Forecasting & Replenishment, Order Management, and Product Disposition.
• Collaborate with MerchOps BI leadership to prioritize requests for projects, enhancements, ad-hoc requests, documentation, and system testing.
• Exposure to HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server databases on the backend; Tableau and WEBI on the front end.
• Engage in skill development and training for GCP, Python, and Power BI as the team's needs evolve.
