Job Description
Position Overview:Our client is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations and ensure the successful execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with a keen eye for detail and a desire to grow within a company that values teamwork, integrity, and quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily on-site construction activities.
- Ensure all work is completed on schedule and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, job site safety, and quality control.
- Coordinate material deliveries and job site logistics.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Help maintain project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and progress updates.
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve challenges.

The Successful Applicant- 1-3 years of experience in construction field operations or a related role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
