The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting our workforce by implementing and managing HR programs and services that support business objectives and drive better employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer various HR plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
2. Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
3. Maintain employee-related databases and ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.
4. Understand and remain updated on federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
5. Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide necessary feedback.
6. Address and resolve employee relations issues, such as workplace conflicts and complaints, in a timely and effective manner.
7. Coordinate employee development plans and provide training opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of labor legislation, and payroll processes.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency with HRMS/HRIS.
